Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — 13 November 2025 — Adeera Hospitality (Hotel Management Company), the Public Investment Fund owned, the future national hospitality champion, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) at Tourise. This strategic partnership is set to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s tourism ecosystem and elevate the Kingdom’s global destination appeal.
The partnership reflects both entities shared commitment to supporting Saudi Vision 2030, enhancing visitor experience, and accelerating the development of world-class hospitality offerings rooted in Saudi culture, identity, and innovation.

Under the MoU, Adeera Hospitality and STA will work together across key areas of collaboration designed to strengthen the Kingdom’s tourism landscape:

• Collaboration to ensure Adeera’s brand communications aligns and support Saudi Arabia’s unified tourism identity and destination narrative.
• Joint coordination of familiarization trips, influencer programs, and media visits to spotlight destinations and showcase Adeera’s upcoming properties.
• Joint participation in key global tourism events and investment roadshows to attract partners, operators, and international tour agencies.
• Joint exploration of experience-development initiatives to elevate guest experiences across Adeera’s portfolio while integrating Saudi cultural storytelling.
